It would have been better if she actually does each exercise with a certain number of sets and reps instead of JUST describing! Would have been more fun if i followed w her..counting...what a waste of money!!!!! ughhh.....

wow good goal to look hafl as fit as this model. Shows all the glut exercises in a beautiful setting. Video is excellent quality as is the trainer and her instructions. EXCELLENT app
